钙钛矿型复合氧化物纳米薄膜的研究进展

摘    要:

钙钛矿型复合氧化物具有丰富和复杂的物性,研究该类薄膜的生长技术及其性能,从而促进其实际应用,具有广阔的商业前景。通过介绍钙钛矿型复合氧化物的结构,讨论该类型纳米氧化物薄膜的各种制备技术特点与存在的问题,并在国内外现有研究的基础上,总结该类型氧化物纳米薄膜在气敏、传导、催化、电磁学等方面的性能及应用,最后对纳米钙钛矿型复合氧化物薄膜的发展前景做了展望。

Abstract: The complex perovskite oxides has rich and complex nature, it has the broad commercial prospect if we can grasps the growth technology and the performance of this type of thin film, thus promote its practical application. The structure of the complex perovskite oxides is introduced in detail, the characteristics and the existent problems of each kind of preparation technologies are discussed for this type of nano-thin films. And base on the existing researches in the domestic and foreign, the performance and application of this type of nano-thin film oxides are summarized in gas sensitive effect, electroconductibility, catalysis, electromagnetism and so on. Finally the forecast to the development of the nano-thin films of complex perovskite oxides is made.
