低比转速离心泵气液两相流动的可视化试验及数值模拟

摘    要:为研究低比转速离心泵内部气液两相流动的流型和气泡直径的变化规律,采用高速摄像技术对泵内部气液两相流动进行可视化试验,同时采用Eulerian-Eulerian非均相流模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型对泵内部气液两相流动进行数值模拟,得到不同进口气相体积分数 下叶片表面中间流线气相体积分数随中间流线相对位置的变化规律。研究结果表明:当 从0.4%增大到3.5%时,叶轮内部流型分别为泡状流、聚合泡状流、气团流和分层流,泵进出口压差损失逐渐增加;保持初始液相流量不变,当进气量由1 L/min增大到3 L/min时,气泡的平均直径由0.61 mm逐渐增大到0.85 mm;保持进气量不变,当液相流量由5 m3/h增大到10 m3/h时,气泡的平均直径由1.00 mm减小到0.82 mm;叶片压力面和吸力面中间流线上的气相体积分数从叶轮进口到出口先增大后逐渐降低,出口附近由于漩涡的存在而使气相体积分数略有增加,且随着 增加,压力面的气相积聚区域逐渐扩大。

Abstract: In order to study the change rule of gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns and bubble diameter in a low specific speed centrifugal pump, high-speed camera was used to perform the visualization experiment. Moreover, Eulerian-Eulerian inhomogeneous model and RNG k-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the internal flow of the pump. The change rule of gas volume fractions on the midline of the blade surface with the relative position of midline at different inlet gas volume fractions was obtained. The results show that when the inlet gas volume fraction increases from 0.4% to 3.5%, four flow patterns including bubble flow, agglomerated bubble flow, gas pocket flow and segregated flow occur, and differential pressure loss of the pump gradually increases. When the inlet gas flow rate increases from 1 L/min to 3 L/min, bubble average diameter gradually increases from 0.61 mm to 0.85 mm. When the inlet liquid flow rate increases from 5 m3/h to 10 m3/h, bubble average diameter gradually decreases from 1.00 mm to 0.82 mm. Gas volume fraction on the midline of the pressure side and the suction side of the blade firstly increases and then gradually decreases from the inlet to outlet of the impeller. Due to gas vortex, the gas volume fraction slightly increases near the outlet of the impeller. Moreover, as the inlet gas volume fraction increases, the area of gas agglomerated region near the pressure side gradually increases.
