某钼精矿酸浸降磷提钼试验研究

摘 要:针对某高磷、低品位钼精矿,采用再磨强化浮选工艺,但钼精矿中磷含量仍达不到0.1%以下的产品质量标准,故再采用酸浸法降磷,最终使钼精矿中钼含量达到50.21%,磷含量降到0.081%,钼总回收率为96.08%,试验结果较为理想。
Abstract: Aimed at the problem of high phosphorus and low molybdenum contents in the molybdenum concentrate,a technological process regrinding flotation was examined.However,the molybdenum conoentrates obtained still contain higher phosphorus content and cannot meet the requirements of quality standard.Therefore,an acid leaching technology for dropping phosphor content was adopted.The relative ideal indices were achieved,the quolified molybdenum concentrate assaying 50.21% molybdenum and 0.081% phosphorus is produced and molybdenum recovery rate is 96.08%.
