粗骨料高质量分数充填料浆管输水力坡度模型及其应用

摘    要:基于宾汉姆流变模型和非牛顿流体力学理论,采用L管试验装置,利用3因素3水平正交设计方案,通过回归分析得到各因素对粗骨料充填料浆流变特性的影响规律,进而构建粗骨料充填料浆管道输送水力坡度数学模型,根据极差分析结果优化方案。研究结果表明:水力坡度与料浆质量分数呈正相关,与水泥添加量、粉煤灰掺量呈负相关,与流速呈线性关系;采用优化方案进行工业试验,结果显示料浆流速范围为1.91~2.13 m/s,对模型修正后水力梯度相对误差不超过4.00%。

Abstract: Based on Bingham''''s rheological model and non-Newtonian fluid mechanics theory, orthogonal design scheme with three-factor of three-level was used on the basis of L-pipe experiment. Affecting laws between each factor and rheological parameters of slurry for coarse aggregate filling were gotten by regression analysis, and then mathematical model of hydraulic gradient was established, and the industrial experiment was carried out with the optimal scheme of range analysis. The results show that hydraulic gradient is positively correlated with slurry concentration, while negatively correlated with cement content and fly ash content, and linearly correlated with flow rate. The results of industrial experiment show that the slurry flow rate ranges from 1.91 m/s to 2.13 m/s, and hydraulic gradient relative error of modified model is less than 4.00%.
