摘    要:针对低硅烧结矿强度低、低温还原粉化性能差的特点,对某钢铁厂烧结矿矿相进行了分析,发现其磁铁矿和铁酸钙含量较少,而强度极差的硅酸盐玻璃质和还原性较好的赤铁矿含量较高。为改善低硅烧结矿低温还原粉化性能,研究了烧结工艺(燃料配比、碱度)和烧结矿成分(Al2O3/SiO2、MgO含量)等因素对烧结矿矿相和低温还原粉化性能的影响,在该厂的原料条件下,得出最佳的燃料配比和碱度分别为5.0%和2.3;Al2O3/SiO2为0.31,MgO的质量分数为2.02%。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of low silicon sinter,such as low strength and poor low temperature reduction degradation,experimental research on composition of the sinter mineral phase in some steel plant was investigated.The results show that the content of magnetite and calcium ferrite is lower,while that of silicate glassy mass with poor intensity and hematite with good reducibility is higher.In order to improve the low temperature reduction degradation of low silicon sinter,the effects of sintering process(fuel ratio,basicity) and sinter composition(Al2O3/SiO2,and MgO content) on composition of the sinter mineral phase and property of low temperature reduction degradation were studied.The optimum proportion through experiments in the steel plant was confirmed as follow: fuel ratio 5.0%,basic capacity 2.3,Al2O3/SiO2 0.31,and MgO 2.02%.
