硼对V-N微合金钢热影响区组织和性能的影响

摘 要:研究了硼氮复合添加(210×10-6N+17×10-6B)和典型增氮(120×10-6N)的V-N微合金钢粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)中组织和性能随冷却速度(t8/5)的变化规律。研究结果表明:在V-N微合金钢中添加微量硼时,各t8/5下的CGHAZ中均可通过抑制先共析铁素体的转变,促进针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体的形成,使M-A岛的含量降低、尺寸减小、弥散度提高。因而使CGHAZ的V型缺口夏比冲击(CVN)韧性得到改善。
Abstract: The microstructures and mechanical properties of welding-induced coarse grain heat-affected zone(CGHAZ) were investigated in V-N microalloyed steels prepared by typical addition of N(120×10-6) and dual addition of N and B(210×10-6N+17×10-6B).The results show that a trace addition of boron into the V-N microalloyed steel results in a decreased fraction and size as well as a denser distribution of M-A islands by suppressing the transformation of proeutectoid ferrite(PF) and improving the forming of acicular ferrite(AF) and bainitic ferrite(BF) in the CGHAZ at each t8/5.The CVN toughness of CGHAZ is therefore significantly improved.
