温度场对自蔓延高温合成致密化的影响

摘 要:在自蔓延高温合成(SHS)致密化工艺中,准确确定施压滞后时间是工艺控制的关键.施压滞后时间的上限值一般是根据SHS过程的坯块表面温度与时间关系曲线获得,难以真实地反映坯块内的温度 变化.作者以传热学理论为基础,针对SHS-准热等静压过程,建立了燃烧产物内的温度分布方程,并以此解释了最终产物内密度分布存在差异和形状变化的原因.
Abstract: In the Self--Propagating High Temperature Synthesis (SHS) densifying process, accurately controlling the lagging time of pressurizing is the key of the art. Commonly, the upper limit of the time is acquired by the correlation between the specimen surface temperature and time, which is difficult to truely reflect the temperature variation in the specimen. Based on the heat-conducetion theory, the temperature field equation of the SHS product is established.
