基于媒介齿条的渐开线圆柱蜗杆斜齿轮传动啮合特性分析

摘    要:为了分析渐开线圆柱蜗杆斜齿轮传动的宏微观啮合特性,依据微分几何和啮合原理,基于卡姆士定理和媒介齿条的传动性能分析方法,构建渐开线圆柱蜗杆与媒介齿条、媒介齿条与渐开线斜齿轮的啮合关系,分析共轭齿面在接触点微观邻域内的曲面特征,推导并建立传动副瞬时理论接触点、实际接触椭圆、最大接触应力及重合度等宏微观啮合特性分析模型,并对某汽车座椅水平调节器上的渐开线圆柱蜗杆斜齿轮传动副进行宏微观啮合特性分析。研究结果表明:渐开线圆柱蜗杆斜齿轮传动副为瞬时理论点接触,齿面变形实际呈椭圆接触,接触轨迹分布于轮齿中部,接触椭圆的长半轴沿接触轨迹垂直方向,接触应力较大、重合度较小且与齿轮传动相近,适用于轻载场合。

Abstract: The macro-micro meshing characteristics of the involute cylindrical worm and helical gear drive was studied. Firstly, by using the theory of differential geometry and gearing, and applying the transmission performance analysis method based on the Cams theorem and the media rack, the meshing relationships between the involute cylindrical gear and the media rack, and between the media rack and the involute helical gear were constructed. Secondly, the macro-micro meshing characteristics analysis models of instantaneous theoretical contact point, the actual contact ellipse, the maximum contact stress and contact ratio of the transmission pair were deduced and established based on analysing the surface features of conjugate tooth surface in the micro field of the contact point. And then, with the car seat adjuster as an example, the involute cylindrical worm and helical gear were analysed by using the aforementioned theory. The results show that there is theoretical instantaneous point contact between the involute cylindrical worm and helical gear transmission pair; the tooth surface deformation is actually a contact ellipse; the contact trajectory is distributed in the middle of the gear tooth, and the long semi-axis of the contact ellipse is perpendicular to the contact trajectory. The contact stress of the transmission pair is large, and the contact ratio is small and similar to the gear transmission, so it is suitable for light load applications.
