气缸压力监测下车用多缸发动机燃烧状况分析系统

摘 要:为了提高车用多缸发动机的运行效率,在气缸压力监测条件下,采用Visual Basic6.0软件研究开发了多缸车用发动机燃烧状况分析系统。通过对气缸压力监测信号的去噪声处理,该系统能实现气缸压力数据、上止点信号、曲轴转角信号的实时采集以及燃烧状况的分析与数据处理。结果表明,随着过量空气系数n的增加,四缸发动机火花塞附近混合气浓度最高,混合气浓度随离火花塞的距离的增大而降低,导致燃烧时间加长;当过量空气系数n增至1.386时,起燃时间提前,起燃后快速燃烧,但燃烧结束的时间延长。根据燃烧状况分析结果,对多缸车用发动机的气缸压力与排气温度进行调节,使车用发动机的输出功率得到明显提高。
Abstract: In order to improve efficiency of vehicle engine, a combustion condition analysis system of vehicle engine with multi-cylinder was developed using Visual Basic6.0 software under cylinder pressure monitoring. The distinct functions, such as real time collection of cylinder pressure data, signal of top dead center and signal of crank speed, analysis of combustion condition of vehicle engine with multi-cylinder and rapid process of the data, can be realized by the system after the noises from cylinder pressure monitoring signals are processed. The results show that with the increase of excessive air coefficientn, the the concentration of the mixed gas around spark plug of the vehicle engine is the highest and the concentration of mixed gas is reduced with the increase of distance apart from spark plug, which lengthens the combustion time, and light-off time is advanced, the mixed gas is combusted quickly and when excessive air coefficient n=1.386 the combustion end time is lengthened. And the output power of the vehicle engine with multi-cylinder are enhanced obviously by controlling the cylinder pressure and exhaust temperature based on the analysis results of combustion condition.
