复杂多金属铜铅锌矿石的生产工艺改造与生产实践

摘 要:通过对某复杂多金属矿石的工艺矿物学研究与生产工艺流程分析,对原生产工艺流程和工艺条件进行改造,获得了品位21.64%铜精矿、52.61%铅精矿、53.71%锌精矿,铜、铅、锌回收率也分别有大幅提高。
Abstract: Based on the process mineralogy and flowsheet analysis of a complicated polymetallic ore,the production process flowsheet and technical conditions are reformed.As a result,the grade of copper concentrate is 21.64 %,the grade of lead concentrate is 52.6 % and the grade of zinc concentrate is 53.71 %;meanwhile,their recovery rates are enhanced obviously.
