中低品位胶磷矿柱式反浮选试验研究

摘    要:通过对西南某中低品位胶磷矿矿石性质进行分析,提出利用高效的微细粒分选设备旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行分选研究;利用现场生产用药剂,考察处理量、药剂制度、循环泵工作压力、充气量等因素对浮选指标的影响,并优化工艺和操作参数条件,在此基础上进行连选试验。研究结果表明:采用一粗一精单反浮选的工艺流程可以获得精矿P2O5品位为30.01%,精矿回收率89.10%。该技术的研究为我国中低品位胶磷矿的分选提供了新的途径。

Abstract: The property of middle-low grade phosphate rock from southwest of China was analyzed, and the reverse flotation with high efficiency mineral processing equipment and cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column was researched. The effects of several parameters on floatation efficiency, namely, the feed capacity, pressure of circulating pump, amount of aeration, and the dosage of collector, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid were systemically investigated, and the optimal technical and operational conditions were determined. Based on these results, continuous separation tests were carried out. The results show that the phosphate concentrate containing P2O5 30.01% and recovery rate of 89.10% can be achieved according to the flow sheet of one rougher and one cleaner under the optimal conditions. The technology provides a new way for the separation of China’s phosphate rock with a high quality.
