粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷水基浆料的性能

摘    要:

采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷。为获得良好的挂浆性能,研究pH值、分散剂、流变剂和固相含量等因素对粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷水基浆料流动性、稳定性及触变性的影响,并对其作用机理进行分析。研究结果表明:浆料的黏度受pH值的影响比较显著,当pH值约为11时,浆料黏度最低,流动性最好;粉煤灰水基浆料的黏度随剪切速率增加而减小,随固相含量增大而增大,而且具有明显的时间依附性;当分散剂用量为0.5%,流变剂加入量为4%,固相含量为60%时浆料稳定性、流动性和触变性都较优,用其制备的泡沫陶瓷抗弯强度达到1.56 MPa。

Abstract: Fly ash based foamed ceramics were fabricated in the replication process with polyurethane sponges as the templates. To get better overlaying performance of ceramic slurries on sponges, the effects of pH value, dispersants, solid content and rheologic agent on the stability, liquidity and thixotropy of fly ash slurry were studied, and the mechanism of action was analyzed. The results show that pH value has significant influences on viscosity of fly ash ceramic slurry, when pH value is about 11, the viscosity of slurry is minimum and liquidity is the best. The viscosity of slurry decreases with the increase of rotational rate, while the viscosity increases with the increase of solid content, and the viscosity obviously clings to time. When the amount of PEG is 0.5%, rheologic agent addition is 4% and solid content is 62%, slurry has better stability, liquidity and thixotropy. If it is used to prepare foamed ceramics, the bend strength can reach 1.56 MPa.
