单相BES-quasi-ZSI二倍频脉动的解析建模

摘    要:研究单相Ⅱ型电池储能型准Z源逆变器(battery-energy stored quasi-Z-source inverter,BES-qZSI)的二倍频脉动产生和传播的物理机理,运用状态空间平均法求解其二倍频脉动量的精确解析表达式;在分析其二倍频脉动量对qZS网络阻抗参数敏感性的基础上,提出一种基于主导阻抗参数抑制二倍频脉动的qZS网络不对称阻抗参数的设计方法,建立基于Matlab/Simulink的BES-qZSI-II电路仿真模型,并将仿真结果与计算结果进行比较。研究结果表明:本文所建解析模型正确。

Abstract: The generating and propagating mechanism of the double-line frequency(2 ω) ripple of the battery-energy stored quasi-Z-source inverter(BES-qZSI-II) was studied. The analytical model of the 2 ω ripple was established by applying the state space averaging method. Based on analyzing the sensitivity of impedance parameters on the 2 ω ripple, a design procedure for the asymmetric impedance parameters of single-phase BES-qZS-II inverter was proposed, which was based on the idea that the 2 ω ripple is mainly suppressed by the dominant impedance parameter accordingly. A circuit simulation model was established based on Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation results were compared with those of calculation. The results show that the proposed analytical model to calculate the 2 ω ripple in single-phase BES-qZSI-II inverter is correct.
