铝/铜轧制复合板的界面结合机制

摘 要:研究了Al/Cu的复合工艺参数对轧后结合强度和剥离面形貌的影响,提出了Al/Cu复合过程的3种结合机制,即三阶段模式:铝、铜新鲜表面的物理接触阶段,接触表面的激活阶段,扩散阶段,这为改进工艺提供了重要依据。
Abstract: The effect of Al/Cu clad technological parameters on their bonding strength after rollingand the mophology of the peeled surface were investigated.Three bonding mechanisms,namely,three step models,in Al/Cu clad process were proposed:(1)the physical contact step of fresh surface of Al/Cu;(2)the activation step of contact surface (3)the diffusion step.It provides an important basis for improvement of the technique.
