循环型空气幕多机联合隔断巷道风流效果的分析

摘    要:针对大断面大风流压差的巷道内的风流控制一般需要空气幕联合作业的问题,依据动量守恒定律对循环型空气幕串联、并联时的隔断能力进行理论分析。依据有效压力平衡原理,采用FLUENT软件对循环型空气幕联合作业时巷道风流流场特性进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:空气幕隔断能力由强到弱的联合作业方式依次为双侧串联、单侧串联、并联;循环型空气幕串联作业时,其隔断能力与空气幕间的间距有关;对于单侧串联空气幕,其隔断能力随着间距的增大而增大,当间距增大到使两股射流无相互影响时,隔断能力达到最大值;对于双侧串联空气幕,其隔断能力随着间距的增大先略有增大,然后迅速减小到一定值,再继续增大间距,隔断能力无明显变化。

Abstract: Considering the control on airflow for large cross-section and airflow pressure generally requires the joint operation of air curtain, the obstructing airflow effect of the cyclic air curtain series or parallel in theory was analysed according to the law of conservation of momentum. Based on the effective pressure balance principle, the airflow field characteristics of air curtain with multi-combined fans were simulated and analysed by the FLUENT software. The results show that the obstructing airflow capacity of cyclic air curtain from strong to weak are bilateral series, unilateral series and parallel. The obstructing airflow effect is related to the space between air curtains when the fans in series. For the unilateral series air curtain, its obstructing airflow effect is better with the increase of the spacing. When the distance increases to two jet airflows no interaction, the obstructing airflow capacity achieves the maximum. For the bilateral series air curtain, with the increase of the spacing, its obstructing airflow capacity slightly increases, and decreases rapidly to a certain value, and then continues to increase the spacing, the obstructing airflow capacity has not significant change.
