动力卡盘高爪最优配车锥角及配车方法

摘    要:在阐明卡爪夹持弧的锥角对卡爪/工件接触状态的影响规律及其对卡盘径向夹持刚度影响规律的基础上,研究卡盘的使用参数和结构参数等对夹紧状态下卡爪倾转角度的影响规律,并建立卡爪夹持弧配车锥角的数学模型。针对卡盘的硬爪和软爪2种不同的卡爪形式,研究夹持弧锥角的加工和使用方法。研究结果表明:1个合适的配车锥角可使夹紧力在工件上均匀分布,能够减轻径向夹持刚度的周期性变化;对于锥角已定(0.05°)的硬爪夹持弧,在使用时拉杆的输入推拉力必须限制在一定范围内(16~30 kN),才能保证卡爪在整个名义夹持长度上与工件完全接触;采用定量配车或使用新型配车夹具的方法,可使软爪配车出合适锥角,使夹紧力在工件上均匀分布。

Abstract: Based on the clarification of the effect of chucking arc angle on the contact status of chuck jaw and workpiece, and on the radial chucking stiffness, the tilting angles of chuck jaw with different operation parameters and structure parameters were investigated. And the model of chucking arc angle produced by turning was developed. For the two different jaw styles including hardened jaw and soft jaw, the method for manufacture and application of chucking arc was studied. The results show that an appropriate chucking arc angle is essential for the uniform distribution of clamping force, which can eliminate the variation in radial chucking stiffness with respect to the direction of the radial cutting force. For the hardened chucking jaw with a particular chucking arc angle (0.05°), the input force transmitted by drawbar should be limited in particular value (16-30 kN) to guarantee that the jaw contacts the workpiece along its full clamping length. The quantitative method and a new type of fixture for turning the jaw chucking arc are introduced to produce an appropriate arc angle.
