摘    要:采用电子显微镜研究了掺杂元素钾对于掺杂钼丝显微组织和性能的影响。研究发现钾元素存在于细小、规则排列的小孔洞列中。由于这些钾泡的存在,掺杂钼丝的回复和再结晶过程受到抑制,其再结晶在14O0~2200K温度范围内缓慢进行;与此相对应,掺杂钼丝的抗拉强度随退火温度变化的曲线在此退火温度区间内出现一个平台。由于钾泡列导致了一种大长宽比的粗大再结晶组织,掺杂钼丝的高温抗蠕变性能远优于纯钼丝。

Abstract: The effects of doping element potassium on the microstructure and properties of doped molybdenum wirer were investigated by electron microscope. The results show that potassium exists in tiny bubbles which arrange regularly in rows, and that the processes of recovery and recrystallization of doped molybdenum wires are inhibited and the recrystaUization takes place slowly in the temperature range of 1400 K to 2200 K in the presence of K-filled bubbles. Corresponding to this, the σb-T curve for doped molybdenum wire demonstrates a flat in the tempera- ture range. Because the presence of K-filled bubble rows results ip a recrystallization mierostructure of large and high aspect ratio grains, the resistant creep property at high temperature for doped molydbenum wire is far better than that of pure molybdenum wires.
