钛铁矿湿法生产人造金红石新工艺

摘 要:针对攀西地区钛铁矿的特点即储量大、品位低、钙镁杂质含量高,提出钛铁矿湿法生产人造金红石的新工艺:钛铁矿细磨-多级逆流浸出。解决了盐酸再生与再生酸循环利用的衔接问题。采用低浓度盐酸多级浸出可得到TiO2品位大于94%的人造金红石产品。
Abstract: The high-grade artificial rutile preparation technolgy from ilmenite of Panzhihua area by fine grinding-multistage countercurrent leaching at normal pressure is investigated based on the characteristic of the ilmenite such as large reserves,low grade and high-content of calcium and magnesium.The problem of hydrochloric acid regeneration and recycling is solved.The results show that the grade of TiO2 is over 94% by multilevel counterflow leaching with hydrochloric acid.
