聚乙烯醇缩丁醛溶液的动态流变性能

摘    要:采用美国TA公司的AR2000型应力控制流变仪研究温度、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛质量分数和剪切频率等对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/聚乙二醇(PEG)200体系的动态流变性能的影响。研究结果表明:温度升高,体系的复数黏度、动态储能模量和动态损耗模量都减小;PVB质量分数增加,体系的复数黏度、动态储能模量和动态损耗模量都增大;剪切频率增加,体系的复数黏度减小,动态储能模量和动态损耗模量都增大;损耗因子均随剪切频率的增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在剪切频率约为0.6 rad/s时出现内耗峰,且内耗峰的强度随PVB质量分数的增加而减小。

Abstract:

The effects of temperature, mass fraction of PVB and shearing frequency on the dynamic rheological properties of the polyvinyl butyral (PVB)/polyethylene glycol(PEG200) system were investigated by AR2000 stress controlled rheometer (TA Co., USA). The results show that the complex viscosity, dynamic storage modulus and dynamic loss modulus decrease with the increase of temperature. The complex viscosity, dynamic storage modulus and dynamic loss modulus increase with the increase of mass fraction of PVB. The complex viscosity of PVB solution decreases, while the dynamic storage modulus and dynamic loss modulus increases with the increase of shearing frequency. The loss factor increase first and then decrease with the increase of shearing frequency, the loss peak occurs at shearing frequency 0.6 rad/s, and it decreases with the increase of PVB mass fraction.
