稀土元素负载改性TiO2紫外光催化降解林丹

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备不同稀土元素负载的光催化剂M/TiO2(M=Ce, Gd, Er, Y),并研究其在紫外光(365 nm)下光催化降解林丹的活性以及实验条件对催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:4种稀土元素改性的光催化剂中,经Ce,Gd或Er负载改性的TiO2光催化剂在适量载量(质量分数≤1.0%)时都提高催化活性,而Y的负载则抑制了TiO2光催化活性;在Ce载量(质量分数)为0.03%、煅烧温度为500 ℃、煅烧氛围为空气氛围、反应溶液 pH为5、催化剂质量浓度为100 mg/L、林丹质量浓度为2 mg/L时,催化效果最好,80 min林丹降解率达到95%,比P25 TiO2提高46%。在林丹质量浓度较低(≤1 000 μg/L)时,光催化反应表现为一级反应动力学,在较高质量浓度(≥2 000 μg/L)时则表现为零级反应动力学。

Abstract: A series of rare earths metal (Ce, Gd, Er or Y) loaded TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by the impregnation method, and the photocatalytic activities were evaluated by degradation of lindane under UV-light irradiation (365 nm). The results show that the TiO2 loaded with Ce, Gd or Er promotes the activity with appropriate loading (mass fraction≤1.0%), but Y loading inhibits the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. Under the best conditions of 0.03% Ce loading, annealing temperature 500 ℃, annealing in air, reaction liquid pH at 5, 0.03% Ce, catalytic agent mass concentration of 100 mg/L and lindane original mass concentration of 2 mg/L, the degradation rate of lindane reaches 95% within 80 min, 46% higher than that by P25 TiO2. The degradation reaction can be expressed by the first-order reaction kinetic model when the original mass concentrations of lindane are lower than 1 000 μg/L and by zero-order reaction kinetic model when the original mass concentrations of lindane are higher than 2 000 μg/L.
