高硼碳镍基高温合金的研究

摘 要:在Ni—Cr固溶体合金中,同时加入过量的硼和碳后能形成一种以M23(BC)6为强化相的沉淀硬化型合金。认为B、C同时加入,能促使它们在合金中的均匀分布,所形成的强化相热稳定性好,其组织形态和分布可以通过热处理来改善。合金在高温腐蚀介质中暴露。其表面铬含量能保持在Ni—Cr基合金所要求的“临界”耐蚀含量,从而保证了合金的抗蚀性能。
Abstract: When both boron and carbon are added in excess in the nichrome-basealloy,a preciptation hardening alloy with strenthening phase of M23(BC)6 canbe formed.It is shown that both boron and carbon added to the Ni-Cr alloy can promotetheir homogeneous distribution,and that the strenthening phase of M33(BC)6 whose morphology and distribution in the matrix can be improved by meansof heat treatment,posseses higher thermal stability.In addition,as this alloy is exposed to corrosion medium at high tempe-rature,the critical chromium content required for the Ni-Cr alloy to resistcorrosion can be still kept in the surface,thus rendering this alloy with anexcellent anti-corrosion property at high temperature.
