强搅拌调浆对硫化镍矿浮选的作用

摘    要:通过对单矿物和实际矿石的显微镜图像进行分析与浮选实验,研究浮选前强搅拌调浆对硫化矿物的疏水聚团作用及其与低品位硫化铜镍矿浮选的关系,通过显微镜图像分析搅拌时间与聚团粒度变化的关系。研究结果表明:强搅拌调浆产生的紊流条件能使矿物颗粒碰撞形成疏水聚团,而细粒矿物形成疏水聚团,表明矿物表面润湿性增加,可浮性变好;在搅拌转速为1 000 r/min时,随搅拌时间延长,聚团面积增大;浮选前的强搅拌调浆能提高磁黄铁矿单矿物和低品位硫化铜镍矿石中硫化铜镍矿物的浮选速率,硫化矿物的疏水聚团是强搅拌调浆提高低品位硫化矿浮选回收率的重要原因。

Abstract: The effect of high intensity conditioning before flotation on hydrophobic flocculation of sulfide minerals and its relationship with flotation of low-grade copper-nickel sulfide ore were investigated through microscopic image analysis and the flotation experiments of monomineral and actual ore. The relation curve of agitation time and flocculation size was obtained by image analysis software. The results show that the turbulence flow conditions generated by high intensity conditioning makes mineral particles collide and form hydrophobic flocculation, which leads to the increase of the surface wettability and better floatability. The flocculation sizes increase with the agitation time at the agitation speed of 1 000 r/min. High intensity conditioning before flotation improves the flotation rate of the single mineral pyrrhotite and copper-nickel sulfide minerals in low-grade copper-nickel sulfide ore. Hydrophobic flocculation of sulphide minerals is the main reason that high intensity conditioning improves the flotation recovery of low-grade sulfide ore.
