基于水龄熵的矿井防尘供水管网可靠性研究

摘    要:为及时掌握矿井防尘供水管网性能状态,保障矿山井下综合防尘设施的正常运行,综合考虑防尘供水管网水力工况及其结构,基于信息熵和水力水质动力学机理,将水龄评价指标与路径流量相结合,推导水龄熵公式,构建基于水龄、流量和拓扑结构的矿井防尘供水管网的动态可靠度评价模型;并基于MATLAB编程平台,调用EPNAET动态水力水质模拟引擎,联合求解可靠度模型。研究结果表明:在48 h动态模拟时段内,防尘管网平均系统可靠度为0.180 3,说明管网可靠性还有较大提升空间;由于井下用水需求的实时变化,不同时段内各节点的可靠度分布较为离散,且与用水量不呈明显线性关系;整体上,管网系统可靠度同矿井总用水量变化趋势呈现较强正相关,具有日周期性,Pearson相关系数为0.814。增加多路径节点和环状结构,可以有效提高管网的可靠性。将评价模型应用于开滦集团某煤矿井下防尘供水管网系统,验证了所构建模型的合理性和可行性。

Abstract: In order to better understand the performance of underground mine water supply network for dust control and ensure normal and effective operation of mine comprehensive dust control facilities, a dynamic reliability evaluation model of the mine water supply network was developed based on information entropy, hydraulics and water quality dynamics, taking account of hydraulic conditions and topological features. Formula of water age entropy was derived by combining the water age index with path flow. Based on MATLAB programming platform, solver of the reliability model was then established in combination with EPANET calculation engine capable of simulating hydraulic and water quality behavior within water supply systems. The results show that during the simulation period of 48 h, the average system reliability is 0.180 3, which indicates the network needs to be improved. Due to the dynamic change of underground water demand, the reliability distribution of each node in different time periods shows high discreteness, and there is no obvious linear relationship with water consumption. The overall trend of system reliability over time has a high positive correlation with the total water consumption, Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.814, and they show daily periodicity. Multi-path nodes and looped structure are effective ways to improve the reliability of underground mine dustproof water supply network. The proposed model applied in an underground mine water supply network of Kailuan Group verifies its rationality and feasibility.
