企业标准体系在企业进化管理中的作用

摘    要：企业标准体系是企业内的标准按其内在联系形成的有机整体,它是围绕企业方针、目标制定的,是企业发展的纲要性文件,关系到整个企业生产、技术、经营和管理的发展。企业建立标准化系统,是强化企业管理工作,促进企业管理现代化的重要步骤。文中论述了企业标准体系、进化管理理论以及企业标准体系在企业进化管理中的地位和作用,提出了企业在建设标准体系过程中应该注意的问题。

Abstract: Enterprise standard system is an organic whole formed by the enterprise standards based on their internal relations. It is established aiming at the guideline and objects of enterprises and is the outline of enterprise development. It relates to the development of production,technology,management and supervision of the whole enterprise. The establishment of enterprise standard system is a key step to strengthen the management work and promote the management modernization. The paper discusses the position and function of enterprise standard system and evolution theory upon the evolution management. The problems for attention are put forward,as well.
