摘 要:推导并建立了CQD-1型磁选机振动系统的运动学方程,研究分析了振动高梯度磁选过程中矿粒所受的各种作用力以及机械振动松散机理,提出了确定最佳振动参数─—激振电流I的方法。
Abstract: Kinematics equation of the vibrating system of the COD-1 magnetic separator has beenderived.The loosening principle included in mechanical vibrating and the action forces towhich ore particles are subjected in vibrating high gradient magnetic separation have been an-alyzed.A method to determine optimum vibrating parameter i.e. vibrating current I has beenpresented to obtain optimum separation response.
