摘    要:通过单矿物试验和实际矿石试验研究了 新型捕收剂BS-4对镍黄铁矿的捕收性能.结果表明:对单矿物,pH为9.0~11.0时,BS-4对镍黄铁矿具有很好的捕收性能,BS-4与丁基黄药混合用药能提高捕收剂的捕收能力;对实际矿石,采用质量比为1:1的BS-4与丁基黄药作为捕收剂,在加大对蛇纹石抑制作用的条件下,镍回收率为91.47%,铜的回收率为88.04%.通过动电位测试、矿物表面对药剂吸附量的 测定以及对矿物表面与药剂作用产物的红外光谱测定,研究了药剂与镍黄铁矿表面的作用机理,表明了新型捕收剂BS-4在镍黄铁矿表面吸附为化学吸附,且与镍矿物表面金属离子形成稳定的螯合物,BS-4与丁黄药混合用药能够增大矿物表面药剂的吸附量.

Abstract: The collection behavior of BS-4 on blucite was studied by experiments of single mineral and actual ore . The collecting ability of BS-4 is very good and the collecting ability will be strengthened when BS 4 and butyl xanthate are combined at pH 9.0 .The results of the experiments on actual ore show that using BS-4 and butyl xanthate (1∶1) as collector of nickel mineral, while strengthening the depressing effect on serpentine, the nickel recovery is 91.47%,the copper recovery is 88.04%. Zeta potential test and the adsorptive capacity and IR test of product on the blucite surface show that adsorption of BS-4 on the blucite surface is chemical adsorption and BS-4 and metallic ion on the blucite surface forms complex compound, and the combination with BS-4 and butyl xanthate will enlarge the adsorption density of reagents.
