摘    要:研究了石墨与硅之比对石墨 铝硅复合材料综合性能的影响.解决了石墨颗粒直接加入铝硅熔体中的难点,并基本解决了石墨加入的均匀性问题.研究表明:石墨与硅生成一定量的SiC,对提高石墨 铝硅的高温抗拉强度十分有利;石墨与铝生成Al4C3有利于石墨在铝硅熔体中的均匀分布;生成Al4C3的量不宜过多,不能给石墨与硅生成碳化硅的比例带 来影响.否则,会引起材料的性能下降。

Abstract: This paper shows that graphite can be added into the melted Al-Si alloy directly and the added graphite is distributed homogeneously. The effect of the graphite to silicon ratio on the complex properties of graphite-Al-Si composite is discussed. The ratio of graphite and silicon includes the strict ratio of graphite and silicon carbide, as well as the ratio of free graphite and total amount of silicon.Some SiC was formed due to the reaction between graphite and silicon, which was useful for the improvement of the high temperature tensile strength of the Graphite-Al-Si material.The formation of Al4C3 from aluminium and graphite could improve the uniformity of the distribution of graphite in Al-Si melt. The amount of Al4C3 should be controlled so that no negative effects result from the excessive Al4C3 formation.
