基于Fluent的快浮嵌入式浮选柱给料方式数值研究

摘    要:基于微细粒铝土矿浮选的速度快、泡沫量大等特点,提出在旋流-静态微泡浮选柱上部嵌入快速浮选单元。为了研究嵌入式快浮单元下的给料方式对浮选柱内部流场的影响,利用计算流体力学Fluent软件对传统工业给料以及2种快浮单元给料结构下的浮选柱内部流场进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:3种给料方式下的柱体内流线虽有差异,但均能满足浮选柱对物料分选的基本要求;对于3种不同的给料方式,浮选柱旋流段的旋涡强度基本相同,在同一径向位置上切向速度的最大差值在0.1m/s以内,说明给料方式对浮选柱内部流场影响较小;与其他2种给料方式相比,快浮单元环形给料下的浮选柱入料段湍流强度低,湍动能主要集中在0~0.05 m2/s2,柱分选段轴向速度主要集中在-0.15~0.15 m/s,轴向速度沿径向分布较其他2种均匀,对矿物的分选以及二次富集更有利。

Abstract: Based on characteristics of fast speed and large amount of foam in flotation of micro-fine bauxite, a fast flotation unit embedded in the cyclone-static micro bubble flotation column was proposed. In orderto study the effects of feeding methodson flow field in flotation columnembedded with fast floating units, Fluent, a computational fluid dynamics software, was used to simulate the internal flow field structure of flotation column with different feeding forms, including a traditional industry feeding form as well as two feeding formsunder fast floating unit.The results show that all the formscould meet the basic requirements of flotation column for sorting materials, in spite of the difference of flow lines in the column.For three feeding methods, the vortex intensities of swirl segment in column are basically the same, and the maximum difference among the tangential velocitiesat the same radial position is within 0.1m/s,which illustrates that feeding methods have little influence on theflow field in flotation column.For the feed method of ring device,theturbulent kinetic energy of feeding segment and the axial velocity of the column sorting segmentare mainly concentrated in the range of 0-0.05 m2/s2 and-0.15-0.15 m/s, respectively. In addition, axial velocity distributed in the radial direction is more stable than those when using the other two methods in the column sorting segment. Therefore, compared with the other methods, the ring feed device of fast floating unit is more beneficial for mineral sorting and secondary enrichment.
