摘    要:通过沉钒渣物相分析,提出从沉钒渣中回收钒的浸出-净化-铵盐沉钒湿法工艺。结果表明,采用碳酸氢钠浸出沉钒渣,在NaHCO3与Ca3(VO4)2摩尔比为11,反应温度80℃,反应时间45min,固液比1∶4,搅拌速度800r/min条件下,钒的浸出率达96.4%。含钒浸出液中分步添加30%硫酸和硝酸镁,Al,Si,P,As等杂质的脱除率分别可达99%,96%,93%和95%。净化后的浸出液中加入50g/L硝酸铵,用硝酸调节pH至8.2,在室温下搅拌反应2h,99.7%的钒以偏钒酸铵的形式结晶析出。煅烧后,五氧化二钒产品的纯度为98.25%。沉钒渣湿法回收钒工艺中,钒的综合回收率达到92.5%。

Abstract: The hydrometallurgical process of leaching-purification-precipitation for vanadium recovery from V-containing residue is investigated on the basis of X-ray phase analysis.The results show that over 96.4% of vanadium could be extracted when the residue is leached at 80℃ for 45min with 11 mol ratio of NaHCO3 to Ca3(VO4)2,solid/liquid 1∶4 and 800r/min stirring velocity.By two purification steps with addition of 30% H2SO4 and Mg(NO3)2,respectively,over 99% of Al,96% of Si,93% of P and 95% of As are removed,the loss rate of vanadium in the purification process is less than 4%.Adding 50g/L NH4NO3 to the purified leaching solution and adjusting pH to 8.2 at room temperature,99.7% of vanadium could be crystallized as ammonium metavanadate.After calcination at 500℃ for 2h,the purity of V2O5 product is 98.25%.In the whole process,up to 92.5% of vanadium could be recovered from the V-containing residue.
