摘    要:用X射线衍射等测试方法研究“酸处理红辉沸石-碱-铝酸钠-水”水热反应体系混合物的硅铝的量比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))、钠硅的量比(n(Na2O)/n(SiO2))、水钠的量比(n(H2O)/n(Na2O))以及晶化温度和晶化时间对P型沸石合成的影响;确定以酸处理红辉沸石为原料合成P型沸石的工艺流程和技术参数.工艺流程为:酸处理红辉沸石→水热反应→晶化合成→过滤、洗涤→烘干→P型沸石产品;最佳技术参数为:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)= 3~4;n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1·0~1.2;n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=28~37;θ=95~100℃;t=6~8 h.这为天然红辉沸石资源的开发利用开辟了新的途径.

Abstract: On the basis of many experiments, this paper discusses how the mole rate of SiO2 to Al2O3, Na2O to SiO2,H2O to Na2O, the temperature and time of crystallization influence the synthesis of zeolite P in the hydrothermal reaction system of acid-treated stellerite-NaOH-NaAlO2-H2O by XRD analysis. The best technical process and parameters in taking acid-treated stellerite as rawmaterial to synthesize zeolite P are confirmed. The technical process is“acid-treated stellerite→hydrothermal reaction→crystallization and synthesis→filtration and washing→drying→zeolite P product”. The best technical parameters are as follows. The mole rate of SiO2 to Al2O3 is from3 to 4, Na2O to SiO2 from1 to 1.2, H2O to Na2O from 28 to 37, temperature of crystallization from 95℃ to 100℃, time of crystallization from 6 to 8 hours. This technique is very simple, and the technical parameters can be controlled easily. It is a newwayto exploit the stellerite as an abundant raw material to synthesize zeolite P.
