摘 要:研究了微细粒辉钼矿疏水聚团浮选的影响因素,即:非极性油、矿浆pH值以及动能输入.浮选试验结果表明:非极性油的添加和适当的动能输入能在很大程度上强化辉钼矿颗粒疏水聚团的效果.同时,微细辉钼矿颗粒发生疏水聚团的最佳浮选环境为弱酸性条件,而在碱性条件下,会恶化微细颗粒的聚团效果,从而降低微细粒辉钼矿的可浮性.
Abstract: The factors, namely, non-polar oil, pH of slurry and energy input, which have an influence on the hydrophobic flocculation of fine molybdenite particles, are investigated in this paper. The flotation results show that the effect of hydrophobic flocculation of molybdenite particles could be largely enhanced by non-polar oil addition and appropriate energy input. Meanwhile, the best condition of flotation for the formation of the hydrophobic flocculation of fine molybdenite particles is in weak acid solution. Conversely, the flotation results fall substantially in alkaline condition, thus lower the floatability of molybdenite.
