金融危机对中国矿业的影响及发展策略——以禾森矿业为例

摘    要：中国矿业是国民经济的基础产业,是中国经济的重要组成部分,受美国次贷危机引发的金融海啸和产能释放影响,中国矿业发展将面临前所未有的挑战,但是,挑战与机遇并存,中国矿业只要清醒地认识当前矿业发展存在的困难,深入分析中国矿业发展的现状,及时调整发展策略,在危机中一定能寻找到发展机遇。对此,禾森矿业在客观分析公司应对当前金融危机的有利条件和不利因素基础上,参考中国地质调查局发展研究中心提供的应对金融危机的几点建议,借鉴国内外大型企业的先进管理方法,制定了创新企业运营机制、提升内部管理水平、以科技为先导、向科技要效益、抓住机遇进行低成本扩张、加强人才培养和储备、提高企业的社会责任性和影响力等应对金融危机的发展策略,立志寻找一条与国内大中型矿业企业齐头并进的健康可持续发展之路。

Abstract: The domestic mining industry is the important basis and component of China’s economy.As impacts of American financial crisis,China’s mining development will face unprecedented challenges.As long as the Chinese mining companies recognize the current mining development difficulties clearly,analyze the development status deeply,adjust the development strategy in time,the development opportunities can be surely hunted and obtained.Based on the understanding of current advantages and disadvantages of financial crisis,Sichuan Hesen Mining has referenced to several suggestions to react the financial crisis provided by Development Research Center of China Geological Survey Bureau,learned advanced management method from home and abroad large enterprises,developed a new business operating system,improved the internal management,attented to technology and talent,enhanced corporate social responsibility and influence,etc.Sichuan Hesen Mining is looking for a healthy and sustainable development strategy.
