摘    要:通过对Ti-O-N和Zr-O-N体系的热力学计算,绘制了Ti-Zr-O-N系的热力学参数状态图, 根据Ti和ZrO2 两相的稳定共存区确定了材料合成的热力学条件。 采用常压烧结工艺制备了不同组分配比的Ti-ZrO2 系金属陶瓷, 研究了组成配比的变化对材料性能和显微结构的影响。 结果表明, 随着Ti含量的增加, 材料的相对密度和抗弯强度均出现极小值, Ti含量在50%~75%(体积分数, 下同)之间是材料的力学性能弱点区。 Ti-ZrO2 系金属陶瓷由金属Ti相, 四方ZrO2 相和少量的单斜ZrO2 相组成, Ti的存在能促进四方ZrO2 向单斜ZrO2 的马氏体相变过程,合成条件下组元Ti和ZrO2 之间不发生化学反应,具有良好的化学相容性。

Abstract: The co-existing region of Ti and ZrO2 has been determined by thermodynamic calculation to determine the synthesis conditions of this composite. Ti-ZrO2 system composites with different compositions sintered under ordinary pressure have beenprepared by powder metallurgical method. The effects of titanium volume fraction on the density, the thermophysical properties and the microstructures of this composite have been studied carefully. The correlation between the microstructures and the corresponding properties were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, EDS, TEM and so on. The results of XRD and TEM show that the combining state of phases between Ti and ZrO2 is physical in this composite. The phase composition consists of titanium, tetragonal zirconia and a little monoclinic zirconia.
