机场混凝土道面微波除冰仿真与试验研究

摘    要:分析微波频率和道面材料特性对机场道面微波除冰效率的影响。运用COMSOL Multiphysics建立微波除冰仿真模型,采用自主设计的微波除冰装置进行试验研究。以混凝土表面升温至0 ℃的升温速率作为除冰效率的评价指标。研究结果表明:微波能够透过冰层加热混凝土,使冰层与混凝土表面脱离;相对于频率为2.45 GHz微波,频率为5.8 GHz微波穿透深度降低到45%,除冰效率提高了5倍左右;相对于普通混凝土,掺入“铁黑”吸波材料的混凝土除冰效率提高了1.8倍左右;仿真结果与试验结果较接近,验证了仿真模型具有较高的准确性,微波除冰方法具有一定的可行性。

Abstract: The effects of microwave frequency and pavement material type on microwave deicing efficiency were investigated. The microwave deicing simulation model was established by using COMSOL Multiphysics. The experiment research was carried out with self-designed microwave deicing device to validate the rationality of simulation model. The temperature rising rate of concrete surface heating up to 0 ℃ was used to be as an evaluating indicator for deicing efficiency. The results show that the ice layer hardly absorbs microwave energy and microwave can penetrate through the ice layer to heat up concrete, then the ice and the concrete surface detach. Compared with 2.45 GHz microwave, 5.8 GHz microwave has a low heating depth and high deicing efficiency, with heating depth reduced by 45% and deicing efficiency increased by about 5 times. Compared with ordinary concrete, the incorporation of “iron black” in concrete can increase the deicing efficiency to about 1.8 times. The simulation results are similar to experiment results, which shows the simulation model has a high accuracy, and the microwave deicing is feasible.
