摘    要:LiCeO2 was prepared by a solid-state reaction method using microwave heat treatment and identified by X-ray diffractometry.LiCeO2 has monoclinic crystal structure whose conductivity and dielectric properties were studied over a range of frequency(42 Hz to 1 MHz) and temperatures(30-500 °C) using ac technique of complex impedance analyzer HIOKI 3532.Combined impedance and modulus plots were used as tools to analyze the sample behaviour as a function of frequency at different temperatures. The d.c.conductivity(σdc) followed the Arrhenius relation. The modulus analysis and dielectrics studies showed the non-Debye dielectric relaxation nature.
