挤压铝型材出料系统垫板材料摩擦磨损试验

摘 要:为了研究石墨,Kevlar,Hakoplan 850 ,Thermotex NP-086/17,NP-086/18 , NP-086/19 与铝型材的摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能,在与工作条件相应的压力与温度下,用销盘试验机进行了摩擦、磨损试验研究,基于试验结果,讨论了不同材质垫板的摩擦磨损特点.
Abstract: The fricton and wear behaviors of graphite,Kevlar,Hakoplan 850 and Thermotex NP-086/17,NP-086/18 , NP-086/19 with aluminium section have been studied with the-pin-on-disk machines when pressure and temperature correspond to the anticipated working condi-tions。 Based on the experiment results,discussion is made on friction and wear characters ofthe pad made of different materials。
