数理统计在复合材料预制丝质量控制中的应用──预制丝制备工艺的统计控制

摘 要:以NiCAlONSiC纤维/纯铝预制丝的超声液态浸渗制备工艺为例,借助数理统计分析方法,对预制丝制备工艺的统计控制进行了分析,给出了判定制备工艺是否处于统计控制状态的具体方法,同时,对其拉断载荷和抗拉强度是否符合正态分布进行了检验.结果表明,预制丝的制备工艺过程处于统计控制状态,其拉断载荷和抗拉强度均服从正态分布.
Abstract: In this paper,the statistical control of the fabrication process of Nicalon SiC fiber/alu-minum preform wires fabricated by ultrasonic liquid infiltration process has been studied bymeans of mathematical statistics, The method to judge whether the fabrication process ofpreform wire is in the status of statistical control or not is given. And whether the fractureload and tensile strength of preform wire follow the normal distribution or not was checked.The results show that the fabrication process of preform wire in this study was in the statusof statistical control. And the fracture load and tensile strength of preform wire all followthe normal distribution.
