金刚石圆锯片的优化设计

摘 要:由于在实际使用过程中锯切石材存在多 变性,导致金刚石锯片刀头设计的参数复杂.作者通过对主体石材的系统研究,根据金刚石圆锯片切石材的机理,提出了岩石A,B值的概念,并测定其数据;此外,设计了金刚石锯片的优化方案,并在野外进行试验验证.结果表明,该优化设计方案合理、实用,具有较大的社会效益和经济效益.
Abstract: With the flourishing development in the stone strade, diamond saw blade has developed rapidly. The changeability of the stone in the practical process leads to the complicated parameter of the saw blade designing. Although there are comparatively some researches on it, the research on the objectively principal part stone itself is scarce, whose result for the most part is limitative and partial. Up to now, there are no systematical theory and the agreed opinions for the designing and application of the saw blade. The paper has systematically analysed the objectively principal part stone and put forward the concept of A and B value. Based on sawing and measuming A and B value of different stones, the paper has put forward the optimizational project for the design of saw blade, tested the designing results in the field, and the experiment has achieved desired effects. The results show that the optimizational design project is reasonable and useful, which processes good benefit in society and economy.
