关于用CMC提高河北铜矿铜精矿质量的机理探讨

摘 要:本文简要地介绍了用CMC提高河北铜矿铜精矿品位,降低氧化镁含量的小型试验结果。根据矿石组成和矿物构造,作者认为河北铜矿铜精矿品位低的基本原因是天然可浮性很好的层状硅酸盐矿物如滑石,以及黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿等进入了泡沫产品。根据CMC分子结构和化学性质,对CAC与矿物表面作用机理作了简要的探讨。
Abstract: This paper deals with the upgrading of the copper concentrate fromthe Houbai Copper Mine,Houbai Province,from 14% to 16.40% Cu,as Wellas the lowering of its magnesia content with carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as a depressant.The lower grade of the rougher copper concentrate is ma-inly due to the contamination of the layered structure minerals such as talc,etc.,as well as the iron sulphide such as pyrrhotite and pyrite.The depr-ession of CMC on talc and the iron sulphides is discussed.
