四川某铜铁矿选矿厂铁精矿提质降硫试验研究

摘    要：对四川某铜矿选矿厂副产品铁精矿进行提质脱硫研究试验,在试验流程中采用NH₄NO₃、H₂SO₄、CuSO₄组合活化剂,获得了很好的选别效果。试验指标为铁精矿品位65.03%,含硫0.13%,铁精矿回收率84.15%。

Abstract: The paper has carried out the exprients on desulfuration in iron concentrate of Sichuan Copper Mine.In the flotation circuit,selection of high activator Cupric sulfate used in combination with Ammonium nitrate and Sulfuric acid,has obtained the very good classification effect.The indexes from test are: concentrate grade of iron ore is 65.03%,sulfur content 0.13% for concentrate of iron,concentrate recovery of iron ore 84.15%.
