弱碱性阴离子交换树脂在钨钼分离中的应用

摘 要:研究了D301(叔胺)和D312(伯胺)2种弱碱性阴离子交换树脂对MoS2-4的吸附和解吸行为.结果表明,D301树脂对MoS2-4有较好的吸附效果,但用0.5 mol·L-1的NaOH溶液解吸时解吸率仅为29.6%;D312树脂对MoS2-4的吸附效果较差,但用0.5 mol·L-1的NaOH溶液解吸时解吸率可达90%以上;此外,将二者应用于基于MoS2-4同WO2-4性质差异的离子交换除钼工艺尚存在一定的问题.
Abstract: Two kinds of alkalescent ion exchange resin behaviours of absorbing and desorbing MoS2-4 have been studied. The result shows that the D301 resin′s effect of absorbing MoS2-4 is better,but the effect of desorbing MoS2-4 with NaOH solution (0.5 mol·L-1) is not satisfying.On the contrary,althougth the D312 resin′s effect of absorbing MoS2-4is not good, the effect of desorbing MoS2-4 with NaOH solution (0.5 mol·L-1) is better, and the desorption rate can be 88% or more. So it shows that D301 and D312 resin can not be used in the ion exchange process for separating tungsten and molybdenum.
