浮选难选赤铁矿的微生物捕收剂的筛选及性能评价

摘    要:采用细菌培养基、浮选联合方法从铁矿采矿场土壤中筛选出4株对赤铁矿具有较高回收率的微生物,并对其进行16SrDNA全序列分类鉴定,对其中一株F3为无致病性的微生物的表面形貌、组成、表面Zeta电位、疏水性及其作用前后赤铁矿表面的Zeta电位、疏水性以及在赤铁矿表面的吸附机理进行分析。结果表明,细菌培养基、浮选联合方法是一种高效的从采矿场筛选微生物捕收剂的方法,4株微生物对赤铁矿回收率均在75%以上。F3为Stenotrophomonas菌属的一株微生物,为短杆状细菌。该细菌表面既含有非极性的CH2基团和CH3基团,又含有极性的磷酸基团,因而表面呈现较高的负电性和较大的疏水性。F3在赤铁矿表面的吸附,降低了赤铁矿表面的Zeta电位,提高了赤铁矿表面的疏水性,主要为化学吸附。因此,微生物F3适合作为赤铁矿的捕收剂使用。

Abstract: Four microbial strains, with high recovery rate to pure hematite, were screened from the soil in an iron mine using combined methods of bacterial culture medium and flotation. And the full 16SrDNA sequence classification and identification of the four strains were carried out. The micrograph, composition, Zeta potential and hydrophobic of F3 strain were comprehensively evaluated respectively. The Zeta potential and hydrophobic of hematite surface before and after adsorbed by F3 and its adsorption mechanism were also analyzed. The results show that combined method is an effective screening method to obtain bio-collector from iron mine. More than 75% hematite is recovered using the four strains as collectors for hematite flotation. F3 strain is a short rod-shaped and a stenotrophomonas bacterium, which has detected with CH2, CH3 groups and phosphate groups on the cell wall, showing strongly hydrophobic and highly negative charged. Due to adsorption of F3 strain, Zeta potential of hematite surface is reduced, and hydrophobic is enhanced. The adsorption of F3 on hematite surface is dominantly chemical adsorption. Therefore, F3 strain can be used as bio-collector for hematite flotation.
