摘    要:用中和法从白云石及卤水生产氧化镁时,常遇到氢氧化镁很难过滤的问题。我们在液温大于90℃时将白云石煅粉(—40目)直接加入到预先添加少量的SO42-离子(~100ppm)的含Mgl2>100~142克·升-1的溶液中,过滤系数高达800~2000×107厘米·秒-1,经轻烧脱水后,产品中含MgO达94~95%以上。基于实验数据,我们认为加速中和反应及凝聚长大可改进过滤性能,该观点对改善其他湿法的沉降和过滤也可能是有效的。

Abstract: The primary problem encountered in production magnesium oxide fromdolomite and bittern by neutralization was that the filtration of the yieledmagnesium hydroxide was very difficult.When we added first small amountof SO42- ions(~100ppm)to the bittern containing>100~142g/1 MgCl2 at atemperature of>90℃ and then fine calcined dolomite(—40 mesh)directly addedto the solution,the constant of filtration of Mg(OH)2 was higher than800~2000×10-7cm/sec and after dehydration by slight calcination theproduct contained MgO>94~95%。Based on the experimental data we maysuggest that accelerating the reaction of neutralization and coagulating thecrystalgrowth would improve the filtrability.This point of view is pro-bably effective for improving the filtration or sedimentation in other hy-drometallurial processes.
