金属粉末动压成型的理论研究

摘 要:本文应用流变学探讨了金属粉末动压成型的理论。采用动态波形电测法测定落锤冲击粉末体产生的作用力和作用时间。研究表明:作用力和作用时间的大小取决于落锤的动力性质和被冲击粉末体的物理特性;动压变形是一个未充分弛豫的变形,可用非线性Kelvin体来描述动压过程,可用方程式E=Kln1/(1-D)+C来描述冲击成型能量和成型密度的关系。
Abstract: This paper deals with a theoretical study on dynamic compaction of metal powders by rheology. The force and the time exerted on the powder by a drop hammer were measured with the dynamic electrometry. The results obtained are as follows. The drop hammer with a certain kinetic energy produces an acting force and time, varying with the dynamic character of a drop hammer and the physi- cal character of the powder impacted. The powder deformation of dynamic compaction is one which is not of enough relaxation. The process of dynamic compaction may be described by the nonlinear Kelvin model. The relationship between the theoretical density of impact compaction and specific impact energy may be described by an empirical equation E = Kln 1/(1-D)+C
