金川矿区岩石的膨胀和软化特性试验及分析

摘    要:基于金川矿区岩体较破碎、岩石属高地应力碎胀蠕变岩,使用自由膨胀率测试仪测定金川岩样的自由膨胀率及含水率,再通过岩石抗压试验测定水对岩石强度和弹性模量的影响。研究结果表明:岩石类型不同,其膨胀率也不相同,Ⅰ类大理蚀变岩试样膨胀率不大,平均为0.051%;Ⅱ类角闪二灰橄榄岩的膨胀率则较大,平均为0.140%;矿岩遇水软化,内部产生膨胀应力,造成岩石抗压强度降低20 MPa左右,破坏时不属于脆性破坏,其原因可能是其中的黏土矿物吸水,除有部分水进入黏土矿物晶格内外,还有一部分吸附在层理面附近矿物颗粒上,当受力压缩时,水受压排出产生压密。

Abstract: Based on the fact that the rock in Jinchuan district is broken, which belongs to the high crustal tress and disintegrated creep rock, the rate of free expansion and water content of rock sample was measured using the tester on free expansion. By rock compression test, the change of strength and elastic modulus with the water absorption were also gotten. The results show that the types of rock are different, and the rate of expansion is not the same. The rate of expansion for the ecliptic marble is small, and the average value is 0.051%. The rate of expansion for the second rock composed chiefly of amphibole rock and igneous rock is relatively large, whose average value is 0.140%. The rock will be softened with water which causes the grains expand internally and produced the dilation stress. The compression strength declines to 20 MPa. The damage does not belong to brittle failure, perhaps the clay mineral grains attract water molecules. In addition, some water enters the inside, and the clay mineral grains attract water molecules to its surfaces and form the water layers. When rock is compressed by force, water is expelled and results in compaction.
