高效液相色谱分析富勒烯中C₆₀和C₇₀的新方法

摘    要：提出了一种用于分离与分析富勒烯中C₆₀和C₇₀的高效液相色谱新方法,该方法用辛烷基键合相作色谱柱固定相,以乙醇-氯仿(体积比为75：25)溶剂作流动相,用紫外检测器检测,其分离度大于2.5,分析时间小于9MiN,最小检测量为1×10^-11G.

Abstract: A new method for analysis of C₆₀ and C₇₀ in fullerenes by HPLC on octanc group bondedphase column with ethanol-chloroform(75 ：25) as the mobil phases and UV detector hasbeen studied. The resolution between C₆₀ and C₇₀ was more than 2. 5; the separation time wasless than 9 min and the minimum detectbility was 1 ×10^-11g.
