摘 要:本论文对钢铁厂四种含铁尘泥渣的物理化学特性,以及用此四种物料制造出的球团矿的直接还原进行了研究。
Abstract: In this paper, the physical-chemical characteristics of dust-sludge-slag iniron and steel plants and direct reduction of pellet, which is made of dust-sludge-slag, are studied. The principal series tests are conducted in accordance with athree-factor, central composite, rotable design. The three variables studied aretemperature, time and C/Fe ratio at five levels. The main results are shown bysix regression equations and a set of contour diagrams. The test results are showing that producing metallized pellet is an efficientway for comprchellsive utilization of iron-bearing dust, sludge and slag.
