摘    要:通过三因子三水平正交实验设计,研究了Sc2O3nNaF·AlF3-ScF3熔盐体系中的溶解度与熔盐成分及温度的关系。结果表明,冰晶石的分子比与ScF3的含量是影响溶解度的主要因素,ScF3含量的增加与分子比的降低有利于Sc2O3的溶解。随温度的升高,Sc2O3的溶解度增大,但温度影响显著性相对较小。在冰晶石分子比为2.1、ScF3含量9%时,Sc2O3 的溶解度可达5%以上。

Abstract: Through 3 factor-3 level orthogonal design, the relationship between the solubility of Sc2O3 in nNaF·AlF3-ScF3 molten salt and the composition of the molten salt and temperature was studied. The results showed that the molecular ratio of cryolite and the content of ScF3 were the major factors which effect the solubility of Sc2O3. As temperature increased, the dissolution of Sc2O3 increased, but the extent of temperature effect became relatively small. When the molecular ratio of cryolite was 2.1, the content of ScF39%, the solubility of Sc2O3 was more than 5%.
