低含碳球团配加MgO试验研究

摘 要:为得到优质高强度的高炉金属化球团,研究了不同MgO/SiO2比值和焙烧温度对煤粉添加量为5%的含碳球团性能的影响。结果表明:当含碳球团中的煤粉配比为5%、膨润土配比1.5%、MgO/SiO2一定时,随着焙烧温度(1 200~1 350℃)的升高,成品球团抗压强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,且在1 300℃时强度最大(2 138 N/球)。焙烧温度过低,球团抗压强度较低,但焙烧温度过高,球团内部过熔化,产生大量孔洞,强度也较低。
Abstract: An investigation on iron-coal pellet with MgO was carried out in order to improve its compression strength.It shows that iron-coal composite pellet’s strength increase first and then decrease with an assembling roasting temperature(1 200-1 350 ℃) in the condition 5% coal and 1.5% dolominite,and got its maximum at 1 300 ℃,while the temperature is higher than that value,the compression strength will be decreased due to the inner pore,and lower than it,the strength was detoreated.
