采用SO2还原-扩散渗析法处理高铜高砷废水

摘    要:采用SO2还原-扩散渗析法对高铜高砷废水进行铜砷分离,研究SO2流量、反应时间、反应温度和搅拌速度以及扩散渗析过程进水酸度、水流速、料流速对铜砷分离的影响。结果表明:在20 L高铜高砷废水条件下,当SO2流量为3 kg/h,反应时间为1 h,反应温度为室温,搅拌速度为800 r/min,进水酸度为5 g/L,水流速为400 mL/h,料流速为400 mL/h时,铜砷分离综合效果最好,铜的分离率达94.71%,砷的分离率达95.63%。

Abstract: Sulphur dioxide reduction combined diffusion dialysis experiment was used for separation of copper and arsenic in wastewater containing high concentration of copper and arsenic. The effects of the flow of sulphur dioxide, reaction time, reaction temperature and stirring speed and the diffusion dialysis process of the influent acidity, water flow rate and material flow rate on the ratio of separation of arsenic and copper were studied. The results show that under the conditions of the flow of sulphur dioxide of 3 kg/h, reaction time of 1 h, at room temperature, stirring speed of 800 r/min, and the inlet water acidity of 5 g/L, water flow rate of 400 mL/h, material flow rate of 400 mL/h, the effect of separation is the best. The ratio of copper reaches 94.71% and arsenic 95.63%.
